Development information

This page just contains development elements that allow others to develop pages at some point in the future.

The site is developed using MS FrontPage, and the pages have a common margin arrangement covering top, left side and bottom. 

The main navigation is within the left margin, with a table representing buttons also within a section. The buttons are produced using a table 1 element wide for the margin contents and 4 elements wide for the navigation within a section. spacing is controlled by the packing set, and margins are turned to 0, so it is invisible. There is then a separate single element table within each of the invisible table elements.
