This and the following pages, provides you with a set of targets, or series
of objectives that will lead to total happiness. From this we get the idea of a
route plan.
While you may not be able to follow all of these all of the time, the nearer
the perfect definition you can achieve the more you will find that you are happy
throughout life.
Just reading these through and considering them may move you nearer to your objective.
Once you have done this consider the order of importance for change in your
life, and then take one topic a week to carefully think about and research
or try to implement better in your life, and to discus with your friends or support
group. When you have been through them all consider if there are any other pages
you feel we should have added, and if so consider your topics before going
around the list again.
You may be happy now, or following the advice here may become happy.
Once you have reached that point, this is not the end, as you have to throughout
life consider the path so as to constantly stay happy as the situation and
your own priorities change.
Share this knowledge with others, not only when you see someone unhappy
but in normal conversation, and offer to act as a friend or supporter for
people in need of help to become happy. In turn you will expand your team
of supporters for the day when you will need them.
